Each running athlete should maintain the following list of spikes at all time:

3/16 Needle-> La Salle HS, Cerritos College, Occidental College, Arcadia HS, OC/VC Invitational, Texas Relays, and Carpinteria, Tri-County Invitational, Michele Perry Invitational

Q = athletes who have qualified by prior marks or order of finish or coach's selection

C = coach selected athletes only
