@ 3:30 PM unless otherwise noted on the schedule (Discus will be contested @ 2:30 PM)

Each running athlete should have the following list of spikes at all time:

3/16 Needle spikes-> La Salle HS, Cerritos College, Rosemead Invitational, Carpinteria, Tri-County Invitational, Pasadena Games, Serra H.S.Occidental College, Arcadia HS, OC/VC Invitational, and Texas Relays

1/4 Pyramid spikes

1/8 Needle spikes
