Home Meet Starting Times:

@ 3:30 PM unless noted on the schedule (Discus will be contested @ 2:30 PM)

Each running athlete should maintain the following list of spikes at all time:

3/16 Needle-> La Salle HS, Cerritos College, Occidental College, Arcadia HS, OC/VC Invitational, Texas Relays, and Carpinteria, Tri-County Invitational, Pasadena Games, Serra H.S.

1/4 Pyramids -> Cal Tech
